VIP APPOINTMENTS
Not ready to buy your dress yet but want to start shopping to find your style? Are you looking for an extra special VIP appointment? Or still a while away from your wedding but ready to buy now so you know it’s sorted? Join us mid-week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday) where you and up to 2 friends can come, enjoy a VIP bridal experience and have a super special day out.
Package costs £50 and includes:

DRESS STEAMING SERVICES
All gowns purchased from Ruby Frances Bridal will be steamed before collection. However, if you have already purchased your dress, or bridesmaids dresses, or even have an evening gown that needs a steam we can do this for you.
Prices are as follows:
1x Wedding Dress: £25
1x Bridesmaid Dress: £15
Each Additional Bridesmaid Dress: £10
1x Flower Girl Dress: £10
Each Additional Flower Girl Dress: £5
1x Evening Gown: £15
This service can normally be completed within 48 hours. If you need this in a more urgent timeframe please get in touch and we would be happy to assist you.
BOXING AND PACKING SERVICES
If you are getting married abroad and need to transport your dress, we can pack it for you. We recommend using our service if you are flying with your gown so that it is kept in the best condition possible, ready for your special day.
Prices are as follows:
Bridal Box Package £35
Ruby Frances will pack your gown into one of our custom built bridal boxes. These fit most airline hand luggage dimensions and can be carried onto the plane with you. These boxes can also be used to store the dress in after the wedding, and are also available to purchase for this purpose.
Cabin Suitcase Package £10
Ruby Frances will pack your gown into any cabin size suitcase provided. We will steam, fold and pack your dress securely with tissue paper, ensuring your wedding abroad is as hassle free as possible. This service is complimentary for our brides.
This service can normally be completed within 48 hours.
ALTERATIONS SERVICES
We recommend local seamstresses who we work closely with. They are able to offer alterations either in their alterations store or at your home. You are welcome to use either of our approved seamstresses or one of your own choosing.
Prices for this service varies depending on the brides requirements, dress style, and the amount of work required. This will be explained and discussed on purchase of the gown.
